I've spent most of my life around horses, and over 20 years coaching riders. I understand the frustrations, anxiety and self doubt that can show up in the saddle, even for experienced riders. Alongside this background, I am trained as a Flying Changes Advanced Mindset Coach, with NLP and Centre10 performance coach training. This blend allows me to work thoughtfully and practically, helping you develop a more resourceful, settled state of mind. 

I don't believe that people are broken. With the right support, understanding and tools, everyone has the capacity to move beyond what is holding them back.

My sessions are calm, thoughtful and tailored to you. We work together online via Zoom, making it easy to fit sessions around your life, wherever you are based. I usually recommend a minimum of three sessions, although many people chose four, five or more depending on their needs. This gives us the space to work at a deeper level, at a pa

My sessions are calm, thoughtful and tailored to you. We work together online via Zoom, making it easy to fit sessions around your life, wherever you are based. I usually recommend a minimum of three sessions, although many people chose four, five or more depending on their needs. This gives us the space to work at a deeper level, at a pace that supports lasting, meaningful change. We begin with a coaching-style session to explore your goals and what is currently getting in the way. From there I use a blend of NLP, mindset work and nervous system understanding to help you develop new, more helpful patterns of thinking and responding. There are small tasks between sessions to support integration. We review these together. I am happy to offer support between sessions if needed.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) looks at the connection between how we think, the language we use, and the patterns of behaviour we fall into. In simple terms, it helps us understand how our mind has learned to respond, and how we can create different, more helpful choices going forward. It works at root cause, rather than at the surfa

In simple terms, it helps us understand how our mind has learned to respond, and how we can create different, more helpful choices going forward. It works at root cause, rather than at the surface. We don't need to analyse or relive past experiences, and you are always in control of the process. It can be particularly effective for releasing emotional blocks, letting go of limiting beliefs, reducing anxiety, resolving inner conflict, and creating lasting change.
